Further, In the event a User has any complaints, concerns, or grievances with respect to the services, communications, or any matter related to the use of the iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee Platform, the User may submit the grievance in writing to the designated Grievance Officer at the contact details provided on the platform. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the receipt of the grievance and endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the escalation.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee shall not be held responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss, damage, liability, claim, or expense arising directly or indirectly due to:
The User shall keep iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee indemnified against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of the unauthorized use, access or misuse of the iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee Platform or WhatsApp platform and/or infringement of intellectual property rights of iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee Platform or WhatsApp Platform by the User. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or remote damages, even if iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee's total aggregate liability to the User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User to iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee for the service giving rise to the claim.
Participants who wish to withdraw from any of the IIT Programs, either before the commencement of the session or subsequent to the commencement of the sessions, will not be eligible for any refund of fees. iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee holds absolute and sole discretion and reserves the right to offer scholarships and special schemes from time to time for specific categories of participants, based on specific dates, or any other manner it deems fit. iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee reserves the absolute and sole discretion and right to accept or reject any request for a Change in batch and/or adjustment. In case of any code of conduct violation or other exceptional circumstances, iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee has the absolute discretion and the right to refuse service or terminate any participant from attending further sessions.
If the student has defaulted in EMI payments either to our NBFC partners or direct NACH to iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee, iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee reserves the right to restrict/remove them from the course platform, and students would not be entitled to any course completion certificate.
iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion from time to time. Users will be notified of such changes through appropriate means, including updates posted on the iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee website or on email. The User's continued use of the iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee website after such changes are posted on the iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee website shall constitute the User's acceptance of such changes.
